Quinn is a licensed Tattoo Artist in the state of Tennessee.  Licensure insures the safety of patrons and compliance with state regulations. Having passed all of the State of Tennessee ‘s Department of Health’s requirements for medical safety, blood borne pathogens and knowledge of maintaining a hygienic work environment along with  an  apprenticeship under Mic Luster, artist and owner of  Illusion Ink  and  Tattoo Spot, Quinn is enjoying his ninth year as a tattoo artist.
